You reach out and we have a free, no-obligation discovery call. We talk about who the film is for, what you're hoping to capture, and which package feels right. No pressure. Just a conversation.

Before we film anything, Greg spends time getting to know your loved one — learning about their life, their stories, and what makes them them. This isn't just preparation. It's the foundation of the whole film.

We come to you — at home, in a care home, or wherever feels most comfortable. The session is relaxed, unhurried, and completely led by your loved one. Most people tell us they forget the camera is even there.

Greg edits your film in-house, weaving together the conversation, family photographs, archive footage and a carefully chosen music score. You'll receive a private link to review the first cut within your agreed timeframe.

You review the film and share any feedback. We refine until it feels exactly right. Your package includes between 2 and 3 rounds of revisions depending on the tier.

Your completed film is delivered via a private online link and, where included, in a luxury physical keepsake box. Then it's yours. Forever.

From first enquiry to delivered film, typically 3–8 weeks depending on your package. The Legacy package includes priority editing with a guaranteed 2–3 week turnaround from filming day.

We come to you — at home, in a care home, a hospice, or anywhere your loved one feels most comfortable. We film across the entire UK.

This is the most common concern we hear — and the one that disappears fastest. Greg's entire approach is built around making people feel completely at ease. The pre-filming consultation exists specifically for this reason. By the time the camera rolls, most people are simply having a conversation.

Yes — you provide the photos and any archive videos you'd like included, and we take care of the rest. We'll guide you on how to send them digitally.

Your film is stored securely for the long term. Raw footage is retained for 12 months after delivery, after which it is securely deleted unless you've arranged extended archival storage.

Yes — upgrades can be arranged at any point before filming begins. Get in touch and we'll adjust your quote accordingly.
