Paying, simply
Pay in full, or in three stages: on booking, on the filming day and on delivery.
Prefer to spread the cost? Every package can be paid monthly over up to twelve months, interest-free and with no fees. The price is the same however you pay, and you can split it between siblings if you like. Just ask.

A chat first
You tell me about them: the stories, the people and the moments that matter. It is free, with no obligation, and it helps us choose the right package together.

A conversation at home
I come to you, at home, in a care home or wherever feels most comfortable. Around 90 minutes or around 2 hours, with breaks, and longer if they are enjoying it. Most people forget the camera is there.

You shape the film
I weave the conversation together with photographs and music. You see a first cut and tell me what to keep, change or add, and we refine it together until it feels right.

Yours to keep
The finished film, plus the whole conversation as it happened, on an engraved USB and a private link. Nothing they said is lost.

Your film is shared by private link, never public. The USB is yours forever, and the online link lasts 12 months, then £40 a year if you would like to keep it.

Questions people often ask
Who decides what goes in the film?
You do, with me. Before filming, you tell me the stories, people and moments that matter. After filming, you see a first cut and tell me what to keep, change or add. And because you keep the whole conversation as well, nothing they said is ever lost.
How long does it take?
The Portrait is delivered within 4 weeks of filming, The Everseed Film in 3 to 4 weeks, and The Heirloom within 2 weeks, as priority.
Where do you film?
I come to you: at home, in a care home, a hospice, or wherever your loved one feels most comfortable. Travel is included within 40 miles of Andover, and 60p a mile beyond.
What if they are nervous about being filmed?
This is the most common worry, and the one that disappears fastest. The planning call exists for exactly this. By the time the camera rolls, most people are simply having a conversation.
How does payment work?
Pay in full, in three stages (on booking, on the filming day and on delivery), or monthly over up to twelve months, interest-free and with no fees. The price we agree is the price you pay. Full cancellation terms are set out in your client agreement, and rebooking the filming day is always free.
What happens to the footage?
The finished film and the whole conversation are yours, on USB and on a private link for 12 months. I keep the camera files for 90 days after delivery and then securely delete them, unless you have asked for every camera file on a drive.
My parent has dementia. Is it too late?
Usually the opposite. In the earlier stages, memories are still within reach and your loved one can genuinely enjoy telling their story and choose to take part, which matters deeply to me. I film on good days, at their pace, with breaks whenever they are wanted.
Can I upgrade or change my package?
Of course. Upgrades can be arranged at any point before filming. And if you need to rearrange the filming day, rebooking is always free.
Do I need to provide the photographs?
Yes. You send the photographs and any old videos you would like included, and I guide you through sending them digitally.
Can you make something bespoke?
Yes. Every story is different. If what you need is not listed here, just ask and I will suggest the simplest option.
